What we offer
We offer a structured apprenticeship scheme which is of a three or four year duration depending on the scheme applied for. There are three apprenticeship schemes focusing on career choices within Technical Engineering, Manufacturing and Electrical Installation.
Supported by a mentor, you will work through a structured programme designed to provide you with exposure to a range of industrial sectors and best practice within the business. On successful completion, you will possess the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in your career choice as a Design Engineer, Software Systems Engineer, Panel Wireperson or an Electrician within our multi-disciplined business.
This scheme enables you to build knowledge and skills on the job, whilst being paid as you learn. Training and network opportunities further enhance career prospects within your stay with us.

You will be 17 year + and will need to register with the STEGTA. Prior to your application, you will need to pass the STEGTA assessment including a colour blind test. We will then assess and select appropriate candidates for interview. You will also require a driving license and access to a vehicle.
8 GCSE's grade A-C or 3 A-level's
